Did you know Javaworks got its start in April of 1995 at the Old Coca Cola building (Candler Building) across the street from National Aquarium in Baltimore. The original name was Jitter Beans and we were the first coffee cart to open in Baltimore. In fact we opened before Starbucks.
Back then we served from a coffee cart and only carried coffee, espresso, and pastries. No credit cards, transactions were cash only.
